Stark Chat is Aduro's hosted AI chat product, built on top of our embedded AI offering, Ascend. It is live at starkchat.com. Teams create projects, connect live sources, brand the experience, publish to end users, and query grounded content through an interface that can be entirely their own.

Built on the same API we ship to partners

Every capability partners integrate through the client API, project setup, source ingestion, query execution, session tokens and per-tenant metering, powers Stark Chat in production. We use Ascend daily, so upgrades to models, retrieval and economics land in Stark Chat first.

Sources that stay current

Projects draw on Google Drive, Notion, Dropbox, direct URLs and uploaded files from one place. Teams add and remove sources as documentation changes, name each connection, and keep the knowledge base behind the chat aligned with what the business actually uses — not a one-off upload that goes stale.

Publishing to your own site

When a project is ready, teams publish to their own website or host on Stark Chat, with or without a custom domain. Stark Chat domains are ready for a CNAME record. Embedding on your own site keeps the chat inside the product experience you already own. One workflow, two go-live paths.

Brand themes on every project

Brand themes control colours, typography and logo so the chat matches the customer-facing product — whether that is a retailer, a SaaS dashboard or an internal tool. Select a theme per project, preview before publish, and ship an experience that looks native to the host application rather than a generic chat widget.

Stark Chat is the hosted product. Partners who want that same engine inside a product they own use Ascend, the way thefoodpeople do with trendhub and B Squared do with Connecting Steps, while we handle routing, scaling and compliance.
